Provides a wide variety of general office and administrative support duties as well as business support including analysis, reporting and project coordination. 

&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;u&gt;General Support:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Performs a wide range of administrative duties, involving but not limited to the following: Prepares correspondence; produces, edits, and reformats documents; prepares expense reports and purchase orders; attends meetings and tracks decisions and actions that emerge from discussions; updates organizational charts; coordinates department or equipment moves; orders and maintains office supplies; handles incoming/outgoing mail; establishes and maintains hard and soft copy files; and copies and distributes materials; faxes documents; and performs mathematical calculations. Calendar management and rescheduling of conflicting appointments.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Reports:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Consolidation and distribution of reports, formats, and interprets data and information to produce confidential and special reports requiring the identification and selection of relevant information from a variety of sources. Maintains and updates on-going reports e.g. KPI reports on the different franchise formats, also should be able to produce the weekly sales report for Nike Stores.  Manages the process of ensuring effective channels of communication and data sharing among the leadership team.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Projects:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assists leadership team members with functional projects as needed but also coordinate projects independently, e.g. maintaining the Nike Stores section on the retail website.  Monitor new store information coming through and collating information for presentations to all levels of the business ? drafting and finalizing.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Logistics:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinates a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements; manages calendars. Works with internal/external contacts for venue requirements and selection, room set-up, catering, and materials delivery. Utilizes Nike&amp;#39;s on-line reservation system to ensure that Nike travel policy is followed in order to provide cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements. Works with travel agents, hotels and others regarding planning and customer service issues.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Reception:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Responds tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within scope of established authority. Handles confidential information. May serve as the central contact for general department information.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Presentations:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Utilizes computer skills to create high quality graphic and text presentations often under tight timeframes. Interprets needs, determines and produces effective presentation layout, and organizes final documents.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Team Member:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Participates as a department team member in daily work activities and projects.  Demonstrates detailed understanding of department processes and role within the organization.  Organizes and expedites department workflow; identifies, evaluates, and makes recommendations to improve work processes.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Requirements:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;

Education: High school/Secondaruy school Diploma or equivalent. Prefer two or four-year college degree or equivalent college courses.

Experience: 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative support capacity. 3-5+ years? related work experience is preferred. Project management or coordination strongly preferred. 

Technical: Extensive knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.  Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Ability to use the Internet/Intranet as a resource for department work activities. Ability to manipulate, interpret, construct, and format effective reports and presentations.

Communication/Language: Superior customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch. Advanced ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism, as this position is often exposed to the highest levels in the organization. Advanced ability to network and utilize internal and external resources.

Other: Advanced abilities in handling multiple and competing priorities and requests. Ability to read and interpret difficult instructions. Strong attention to details and deadlines. Advanced ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities, executing instructions, and follow-through. Advanced ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and team environment.

Languages: Fluent in English. Both written and spoken.</description>

Based in Manchester and reporting into the Head Coach this role is responsible for providing planning and coordination support for all Manchester United Soccer School programmes within the UK and International courses. Key responsibilities include:

UK Course Programme Manager:
?  All initial MUSS telephone and email enquiries. 
?  UK event preparation assistance &amp;#40;e.g. World Skills Final /End of season  Pitch Day/Launches&amp;#41;
?  Process of airport transfers weekend stays, share requests, emergency contact numbers for residential courses. 
?  Admin for U.K bookings to include banking; credit card; telephone bookings &amp;#38; refunds. 
?  Staff travel and accommodation &amp;#40;in conjunction with MS&amp;#41;. 
?  Collation of feedback forms from course. 

MUSS Head of coaching:
?  Support Head of Coaching in the management of coaches database; AIM CRB checks, qualification data, experience data
?  Provide support to Head of Coaching to include scheduling &amp;#38; allocation of work to all part time coaching/short term staff. 
?  Execute and track MUSS staff benefits, expenses, tax implications &amp;#38; contracts, visa applications etc. Liaising with Nike HR as required. 
?  Collate all filing of purchase order forms.  
?  Weekly meeting minutes. 

International Course Programme Manager:
?  Assisting International Program Manager with organisation of travel insurance, visas for short and long term international projects. 
?  Support International Program Manager in the production of international travel packs &amp;#40;itineraries, contact details, travel advice&amp;#41;. 

Ideally candidates will have gained administrative experience within a busy administrator/coordinating role. Project management experience is preferred, with experience of coordinating and executing against tasks, coordinating other team players and ensuring accurate detail in the preparation and communication of plans. 
All candidates must have strong I.T. skills within Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.</description>
