Experience: 8-10 years of consumer, brand, product or retail marketing and/or advertising experience with a strong brand marketing company or advertising agency. Previous experience in medium to high level marketing positions managing cross-functional marketing teams in the development and implementation of products, brand positioning, marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans

Other: Proven leadership. Proven relationships with Sales and Product Management or Merchandising Management. Must have extensive knowledge of athletic industry and of trends in the marketplace. Must understand the competitive market, customers, consumers and retail trends. Must be able to understand complex business issues, find creative ways to solve problems, and make sound decisions that benefit Nike.
