Main tasks

Mission: To manage, maintain and co-ordinate the NRBV Retail costing and pricing process to ensure the correct values have been provided for all NRBV store concepts. Responsibilities: Pricing and costing maintenance:

Work closely with the GMM pricing teams to ensure they price within the agreed timelines and monitor the integrity of final pricing and costing information in IP.

NRBV Inline stores:

Pre seasonal item master reconciliation ? after the item master has been set up in IP, but before IP / SAP contract creation ? between IP cost prices and SAP wholesale prices and between RRP and PLU prices in both systems. Discrepancies are followed up and resolved by the GMM buying teams.
Pre seasonal contract reconciliation ? after IP / SAP contract creation, but before the PO call offs are created ? between the IP PO contracts and SAP contracts for cost prices, discounts and wholesale prices. Discrepancies are followed up and resolved by the GMM buying teams.

NRBV NFS stores:

Run periodic reports to identify GTINs with RRP and PLU are below cost price: Wrong prices are followed up and resolved by the GMM buying teams. Justification is required from GMM buying teams in case GTINs can be sold below cost. Inventory obsolescence is determined on reliable pricing and costing data.
Gross margin analysis - work closely together with the IC and SA teams to identify cost price failures: Cost price failures are followed up and resolved by the GMM buying teams. Cost price failures and financial impact on Inventory on hand balances are followed up by the IC and SA teams.
Run store price override reports and analyze data: Identify overrides due to incorrect procedure and direct to store and Retail Operations.

Financial integrity, controllership & internal controls:

Work Retail Finance, GMM and IT department to develop and maintain a stable pricing system.
Ensure policies, procedures and controls are in place and are working effectively
Resolves non-compliance and recommends improvements.

Ad hoc requests:

Supplying various product/price analyses to other Retail departments.
Support the Retail franchise organization with gross margin analysis
Support on ad hoc financial close tasks
Lead, initiate and membership of x-functional projects, which impacts margin management within the costing & pricing area.

Requirements: Education: Business or Marking degree on HBO level. Experience: Min. 3 years in comparable Retail or Finance multi-store environment. Exposure to complexities of doing business in an international, multi-currency environment within a complex and constantly changing financial and business reporting structure.
