RECRUITMENT
-Develops a strategic recruiting action plan for each opening in partnership with hiring manager to include review of successful candidate profile and departmental needs, in order to facilitate the hiring of top diverse talent. 
-Consults with hiring manager to determine &amp;#38; assess staffing needs and monitor hiring progress regularly.
-Obtains feedback on an ongoing basis while developing solutions for customers to ensure the strategies and tactics will meet their needs and expectations.
SOURCING
-Effectively networks to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified diverse talent.
-Leverages contacts to ensure available pools of talent for future openings.
-Develops aggressive sourcing methods to find the best diverse talent by leveraging many channels, including but not limited to: Networking, internet recruiting, associations, advertising, research, employee referrals, community based organizations and external head hunters.
SELECTION AND HIRING
-Makes recommendations regarding the most qualified candidate&amp;#40;s&amp;#41; for the job, the business and the company through screening and interviewing &amp;#40;resume review, telephone &amp;#38; in person interviews&amp;#41;.
-Partner with the hiring manager in selecting the top talent &amp;#38; diverse pool of applicants.
-Oversees the interview process to ensure feedback on candidates is appropriately considered for decision-making.
REPORTING
-Provide the HR Director with relevant metrics and timeline to track recruitment&amp;#39; s results.
-Maintains absolute data integrity in the candidate management database, ensuring that all records are current and accurate.

Requirements:
4-years Degree, subject areas: Business, HR or apllicable fields
At least 2 years progressive responsibility in Recruitment
Good english, written and spoken

&lt;u&gt;Consulting :&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Consults with hiring manager to determine and assess staffing needs and monitor hiring progress regularly.
&lt;li&gt;Advises and consults with customers on all recruitment and sourcing options available to them in order to help achieve their targets and goals.

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Facilitate the hiring process by pro-actively meeting with the hiring managers to discuss business, selection &amp;#38; diversity goals for existing or future positions, acting as a first point of contact during the hiring process and providing top talent and diverse candidates from talent pools that will be created throughout the whole Fiscial Year &amp;#40;FY&amp;#41; by talent sourcing efforts &amp;#40;external &amp;#38; internal network &amp;#38; resources&amp;#41;. 
&lt;li&gt;Responsible for relationship development with candidates, and to consistently sell the opportunity, the career, and Nike, Inc.
