Plan and lead regional Visual Merchandising meetings.

&lt;u&gt;REGIONAL RETAIL TRAINER:&lt;/u&gt;

Support achievement of Retail L+D business plans. Ensure successful and consistent execution in regional stores of training programs including, but not limited to: service, product knowledge, product availability, fabrics, colors and trends, as well as diversity, management and store leadership development, and new hire on-boarding. 

Build relationships with EKINS and other partners across the Nike matrix to provide superior training solutions to the stores. Measure training results according to established criteria. Ensure complete customer satisfaction. Conduct dynamic and interactive educational events and ensure retention by participants through focused follow-up and coaching of Nike Team Coaches and Athletes. 
 Lead ongoing training and development as part of scheduled training sessions as well as daily coaching strategy to ensure store service and department revenue goals are achieved.
 Execute educational plans, reports, calendars and skill assessments to provide effective training to each Store Team. 

&lt;u&gt;Drive a Service Culture:&lt;/u&gt;
