&lt;u&gt;Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance and Refit Projects as assigned:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure effective team collaboration among all project parties including all retail departments, vendors and senior retail management and others who would be impacted by the project execution. Clearly convey NIKE goals, criteria and milestone deadlines to ensure smooth project execution. Direct the efforts of all outside architectural, construction, specific vendor, project management services and facilities vendors. Develop capital budgets and timelines for projects and manage within those contraints. Monitor scope development versus budget restriction and provide alternative solutions for decision making process. Formally solicit feedback from above group to continually improve and elevate the effectiveness of the program. Track all major improvement projects and be a source of information for historical planning.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Manage Responsive Maintenance requests:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage incoming work order requests from the stores for maintenance and repairs within all store concepts. Establish the system and process for timely response and execution of all repairs and maintenance, including maintaining the history of repairs. Manage expenditures for maintenance and repairs within budget. Manage the PO process for all M&amp;#38;R work.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensuring optimum balance of vendor scope and cost as well as effective performance of vendors. Ensure frequent collaboration with Retail Operations and Store Managers to evaluate vendor performance. Manage and benchmark all vendors for quality, timely and cost-effective performance. Collaborate with Procurement to develop comprehensive RFP packages for top service categories in a continual effort to balance preventative maintenance cost versus service levels.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Maintain Stores Portfolio Databases:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure the effective and organized capture of information regarding each work order so that a history of data can provide trend information with which to effectively manage the Facilities process. Capture all basic data after new Retail Store openings, including m2, floor plans, NIKE asset registers and operating manuals and keep up-to-date. Collaborate with Retail Finance to maintain asset registers.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Requirements:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;

Education: 4-year University Degree.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project / construction management, of which 2 years specific facilities management experience, preferably in a retail environment. Retail experience preferred.

Technical: Construction / construction drawings &amp;#38; contracts; project schedules, budgets, business documents, financial reports, leases, contract negotiation.
