&lt;u&gt;Category Sales Strategic Planning and Business process:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct desk and field research on category level as input for the 1-3 year category sales and distribution plan.
&lt;li&gt;Maintain database that contains category distribution mapping/plan for the key cities in each country based on ?good?, ?better? and ?best? door qualifications. 
&lt;li&gt;Conduct seasonal/quarterly category analysis of key countries and cities. This includes share development, shelf space development and brand/promotional activities.
&lt;li&gt;Conduct seasonal review of sell-in results on key styles and sell thru analysis using the EDIFICE tool.
&lt;li&gt;Develop ?allocation? plans for ?icon and franchise styles? to ensure healthy business development of key styles.
&lt;li&gt;Monitor retailer profitability in the category and with the NIKE brand and competition. Develop plans to improve retailer profitability if needed.
&lt;li&gt;Work closely together with the Regional Category Sales Managers and ?search and re-apply? best practices.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Human Resource Planning and Leadership Development:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;On-board new Category AE?s and ensure standard category on-boarding program and Learning &amp;#38; Development plan is in place.&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Go To Market Leadership:&lt;/u&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure all tools and presentations are in place for Seasonal Integration and Go to Market meetings. 
&lt;li&gt;Assist the Category Sales Director in the creation of the Category opening shows and rotations at the annual EMEA Go To Market meeting.
