Its expertise and operations are being sought by other funders, and the Foundation's staff is expanding to meet this demand. We are building an organization that leverages Nike's and others' resources to exponentially increase our collective impact.

As our Nike Foundation Operations Manager, you'll monitor the implementation of grant-making guidelines to ensure grants are made only to eligible organizations that meet IRS requirements. You'll support the assessment of external grant-making partners, the execution of partnership agreements and the management of relationships with international grant-making partners. You'll participate in the development of all aspects of internal policy on self-dealing, in consideration of the needs of a corporate foundation and the law. You'll also evaluate existing systems for efficacy and efficiency, and lead processes and projects around system-related enhancements with internal resources and external vendors. You'll manage system documentation, ensure appropriate security access of end-users to the applications supported, and perform periodic validation of system security to ensure compliance to policy. Furthermore, you'll make certain that there is appropriate training to business users of the systems supported and administrated, in addition to providing advanced training as a lead expert to "power users." You'll also support business/system process reviews with customers and stakeholders for potential process improvements, and deploy solutions. In addition, you'll engage Employment Services and Nike Legal in preparing contracts and independent consulting agreements for the Foundation's professional services needs, oversee the preparation of contracts and drive the process of renewing and renegotiating contracts as needed.
