As our part-time Custodian, you'll perform routine cleaning procedures and ensure a sanitary work area throughout Nike's campus. You'll follow chemical usage directions and departmental procedures to clean, sanitize and maintain work areas to Custodial Services standards. You'll also restock supplies to ensure customer usage needs are satisfied; effectively respond to unexpected changes in work volume, emergencies, staffing or scheduling revisions; and effectively use resources in a way that preserves equipment and uses supplies in a cost-effective fashion. This opportunity also involves completing supply requisitions in order to maintain adequate levels of supply and equipment inventories. In addition, you'll ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment; maintain logs and inspect all safety equipment before use; follow departmental standards and procedures for handling infectious waste, recycling and trash disposal; and report needed repairs or potential hazards to management.

Front Desk/ Women's Locker Room Attendant - ,

This is a Part-Time position. The hours are: Monday, 5:00pm - 10:00pm, Tuesday, 10:30am - 3:00pm, Wednesday, 4:30am - 12:30pm, Saturday, 12:00pm - 5:30pm, and Sunday, 10:00am - 5:30pm.

Custodian- Tiger Woods Center - ,

As our Custodian, you'll perform all custodial duties as assigned in order to ensure that the Tiger Woods Center building interiors are clean and sanitized according to established quality standards. You'll restock supplies to ensure customer usage needs are satisfied. This position will require you to adapt your work schedule to accommodate unforeseen situations. You'll utilize equipment and supplies in a cost-effective way. You'll effectively respond to unexpected changes in work volume, emergencies, staffing and scheduling revisions according to events agenda. This position is part of a team of workers. You'll assist peers when necessary to ensure tasks will be completed in a timely manner. It is important that you seek and strive to create and keep positive relationships and to understand others. In addition, you'll monitor available resources and use them efficiently, and will be required to take responsibility for your own safety and be aware of environmental and building safety.

Rock Gym Attendant/Instructor - ,

We are currently hiring for multiple positions.

As our Rock Gym Attendant, you'll provide members and guests with exceptional "front-line" service via telephone or in person by being available as an information source; perform a variety of safety checks; and provide professional and high quality instruction in a variety of climbing techniques to ensure a safe, well-balanced and fun environment. You'll welcome, greet and register members and guests in a friendly, expedient and courteous manner; assign equipment according to the specific need of individuals; determine need for safety release and/or confirm safety release is completed and/or on file; and perform safety checks of members and equipment by demonstrating and communicating techniques in all aspects of rock gym safety. This includes knots, harnesses, belay techniques, lead climbing techniques and spotting. You'll also check for proper use and fit of the climbing harness and correct knots; ensure belay device is intact; and maintain a safe and orderly rock gym environment by observing and monitoring the activity and behaviors of all individuals and/or respond to reports from members regarding equipment. Rock gym may hold up to 48 people. You'll recognize and/or anticipate potentially dangerous situations and any unsafe behavior and take appropriate action to prevent accident or injury; teach a variety of climbing classes in accordance with a defined program; and follow all safety practices and guidelines. Climbing classes range from beginning to advanced instruction for children as young as 4 to adults and include basic climbing and equipment instruction, techniques, handgrips, foot movements, body positioning, knot tying, belaying and bouldering games. You'll also prepare and develop innovative lesson plans that surpass the needs of members. This opportunity also involves establishing schedules and creating classes that are designed to meet specific needs based on participant feedback and input, and implementing necessary changes to maintain effective, efficient and well-balanced programs. In addition, you'll perform regular quality checks of equipment and assess for retirement or repair according to safety standards and policies. As our Communications Manager for Corporate Services, you'll be primarily responsible for creating a premium centralized communication strategy to provide Nike employees with meaningful information that is integrated, relevant and consistent. You'll direct and manage all communication channels for the Corporate Services function, personally develop and execute an ongoing communication strategy for Corporate Services based on the strategic plan, and serve as an independent thought leader in driving and developing new and efficient communication strategies. You'll partner with Corporate Services leadership to produce messages regarding campus operations and services, develop an integrated communications plan through multiple communication disciplines (website, email, written collateral, etc.) to drive strong, consistent communications message across the organization, and consult on and develop communications plans for new projects and cross-functional work team initiatives. You'll also establish content development processes, determine positioning, and ensure projects and events are designed to produce positive results. You'll provide direction to website owners relating to content management and content development; provide oversight for websites to integrate branding, communication and usability for employees and Managers; and direct and support appropriate web content resources and the various web content owners. As our Sustainable Projects/Energy Manager, you'll develop and manage efforts to increase operational and resource efficiency (energy, solid waste, natural gas, and water), at Nike facilities in North America. You'll develop and manage resource conservation projects, manage contractors to provide the most efficient and cost-effective implementation for both new projects and ongoing operations, and work to maximize the benefit to Nike by implementing pilot phase technologies and processes. You'll research and implement other cost saving strategies, such as utility rebates, on all projects, and manage the research, analysis, contract negotiations and implementation of cost-effective electricity providers in deregulated electricity markets. You'll also analyze the energy and solid waste billing for potential efficiency projects and billing discrepancies. You'll partner with local utilities and non-governmental organizations to further reduce Nike facilities financial and environmental impact. You'll design and initiate programs that maximize Nike's ability to successfully integrate sustainable materials, products and processes into the business. You'll create sustainability policies to improve sustainable performance and ease of internal and external communication. You'll also create and maintain a Facilities Sustainability intranet site with regular updates, and ensure that information contained on the site is accurate, current and consistent with the latest collected metrics. You'll research certification opportunities for Nike facilities and manage contractors/consultants during the certification and publication phases. In addition, you'll manage the collection and analysis of sustainability data for Nike facilities in North America.

Journeyman Electrician - ,

As our Journeyman Electrician at Nike World Head Quarters, you'll install, troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits (480v, 270v and 120v) and low voltage circuits complying with all National Electrical Code and all state and local requirements. You'll work with vendors to maximize efficiency and reduce completion times; maintain lighting systems, including lamps, fixtures and ballasts; perform tests and repairs on all electrical controls, such as PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers), laser scanning equipment and sort controllers; and design, layout and estimate costs associated with circuit modifications and installations to meet changing plant requirements. You'll also order the materials, tools and special equipment required for each individual project. You'll interface with vendors, planners and customers to ensure workable solutions are found for each project. You'll conduct electrical safety training as required, document work in accordance with established department procedures and enter data into the CMMS system. You'll also work as a team member, contributing to problem identification and problem solving. In addition, you'll assist with general, non-electrical repairs as workload and demand require and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of fit and finish.
