As our Application Administrator, you'll provide analysis, on-going administration and troubleshooting for operational tasks on applications within Nike's Distribution Centers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the right users only have the access necessary for executing their functions and installation of applications, playing a 'super user' role. You'll work collaboratively with System Administrators and the Database Administrator on support issues and/or project needs as they occur. You'll also be responsible for coordination with third-party vendors and external partners as support-related issues arise and/or as upgrades are necessary. In addition, you'll use your experience with Windows Technologies (IIS, web servers, networking and Database) and capabilities to expand from technical to the functional aspect of the applications when needed.

IT Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain - ,

As our IT Business Systems Analyst for Supply Chain, you'll provide business software engineering within business IT solutions at an intermediate professional level. You'll be responsible for applying fundamental concepts, theories, and principles in a professional or technical discipline that is analytical, creative, evaluative and/or advisory in nature. You'll independently apply standard practices and procedures making minor modifications as necessary. You'll also develop conclusions and make recommendations on a variety of moderately complex issues. You'll work with remote groups such as vendors, other Nike facilities and or departments to gather and document tactical requirements from the business. You'll be responsible for performing technical analytics related to basic data analysis, and data mining source to target mapping. Furthermore, you'll create and maintain context process and system diagrams. You'll validate that the system design meets the business process requirements by collaborating on technical design; use case development; perform triage and troubleshooting activities; work with systems personnel to implement the design; communicate the project status to management; participate in the development of the project plan/timeline; provide input to project management; participate in change management at the department and end user level; and perform testing activities including construction of the test plans/scripts ,the expected results and the validation of test results. You'll communicate and document system changes to the business; translate system functionality into business-relevant language; and configure the package solution to unique business requirements. You may also create reports and lead small-size projects. You'll conform to standards, processes and policies. In addition, you'll apply global-process standards to regional technology solutions.
