As one of our Expert Project Manager in our Global Project Delivery Office, you'll manage the full-lifecycle implementations of large-scale, global projects. You'll partner with business stakeholders to define project goals, scope, approach, budget, risk mitigation plan and communications strategy; strive to align business processes across multiple stakeholder groups; and facilitate the execution of project plans. You'll also direct the project-related tasks and milestones for a cross-functional team. In addition, you'll work closely with our Project Management Center of Excellence to define and implement consistent and standard processes across the Global Project Delivery Office.

As our Senior Manager in our Project Delivery Office (PDO), you'll support the office's mission of being the leader in project management excellence at Nike. As part of the PDO's leadership team, you'll help to optimize project leadership, champion project management excellence and foster a culture of high performance project leaders, while growing the organization's processes and influence at Nike. You'll be responsible for ensuring the Project Delivery Office excels in a project leadership role throughout all the phases of an assigned project, in partnership with internal Nike leadership teams, and by delivering refined processes and standards. You'll also have ultimate accountability for the way project management methodologies and resources are used to deliver quality solutions within planned budgets, scopes and schedules. In addition, you'll be responsible for growing your group's project management talents through hands-on, proactive coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations.
