You'll partner with all District Loss Prevention Managers to share best practices, ensure consistency and create plans that can impact retail financials. You'll ensure reporting compliance for associate restitution for the district, identify and investigate high profile internal activity and utilize GSS, IM and XBR to uncover operational deficiencies. You'll also be responsible for managing within budget constraints. You'll educate and coach Store Managers on internal theft detection, work collaboratively with business partners to ensure the consistency of processes and practices within the district, and develop/mentor the LP team to become broad- based retail business partners and proficient with store systems. You'll be responsible for partnering with the DSD and Store Managers in developing and executing shortage reduction plans. You'll also assess district LP plans, issues and trends, and implement recommendations to address key areas. In addition, you'll conduct LP store audits quarterly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
